Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method of spreading and de-spreading for improving synchronization performance of OFDM system, it spreads the information symbols with the orthogonal spreading codes which have the interference-free window properties before the OFDM system modulation; and then at the receiver, it de-spreads the information symbols with the orthogonal spreading codes after the fast fourier transform. The method substantially takes the advantages of the orthogonal spreading codes which have the interference-free window properties, effectively overcomes the influence factors of carrier frequency deviation, noise etc. to the synchronization performance of OFDM system, establishes the technical foundation for further extending and applying OFDM system. In addition, the method further extends the application range of the orthogonal spreading codes which have the interference-free window properties.
