Abstract:
A method for starting a position sensorless BLDC motor, comprising step A: reset: selecting a voltage Vds on a ds shaft, keeping the voltage Vqs of a qs shaft equal to 0, and allowing the motor to return to a preset position; step B: giving the motor a magnetic flux λ when the motor is firmly locked, using a voltage/magnetic flux closed-loop circuit of the ds shaft to control and keep the magnetic flux fixed during a climbing and rising process of the current Iqs of the qs shaft, and using a torque/current closed-loop circuit of the qs shaft to compare a preset starting torque T0 with an actual measurement torque T1 and carry out closed-loop control until the actual measurement torque T1 reaches the preset starting torque T0; step C: on the basis of the starting torque T0, using the torque/current closed-loop circuit to continue increasing the torque so as to rotate a load, compare a preset starting rotating speed V0 with an actual measurement rotating speed V1, and carry out closed-loop control. In the method, closed-loop control is carried out during the whole process, smooth, even and stable starting is implemented, a small starting current and a small impact on a current power assembly are achieved, and little noise is produced.
