Title:
METHOD OF STARTING UP REACTOR FOR HYDROTREATING NAPHTHA FRACTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/038394
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method of starting up a reactor for hydrotreating a naphtha fraction which has been fractionated with a rectifier from hydrocarbon compounds yielded by Fisher-Tropsch synthesis.  The method comprises: a step in which a gas/liquid separator to which a hydrogenerated naphtha obtained by hydrotreating in the naphtha fraction hydrotreating reactor is to be transferred is filled beforehand with an inert hydrocarbon compound corresponding to the naphtha fraction; a step in which the inert hydrocarbon compound discharged from the gas/liquid separator is mixed with the naphtha fraction which is being transferred from the rectifier to the naphtha fraction hydrotreating reactor; and a step in which the mixture of the naphtha fraction and the inert hydrocarbon compound is supplied to the naphtha fraction hydrotreating reactor.
