Abstract:
The present invention executes a casing disposing step that disposes a top casing (20u) at a workable position that secures a space such that it is possible to dispose a stationary blade segment (11) attached to the top casing (20u) below the top casing (20u) and orients the split surface of the top casing (20u) downwards. Next, the present invention executes a segment moving step for moving the stationary blade segment (11) attached to the top casing (20u) in the peripheral direction (Dc) and disposing same at the space below the top casing (20u).
