Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biological fermentation. Disclosed is a method for stationary liquid culturing of an edible pharmaceutical fungus. The present invention employs a sterilized liquid fermentation apparatus that can be reused for multiple times in stationary liquid culturing of the edible pharmaceutical fungus, implements requirements on an edible pharmaceutical fungal product to be inexpensive and to have a high nutritional value and high activity, and provides the basis for broad application of the product in the field of food, medicine, and cosmetics.
