Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for stereoscopically molding a metal material using 3D printing. The present invention provides a method for stereoscopically molding a metal material using 3D printing, the method comprising the steps of: (i) setting a process parameter of 3D printing; (ii) supplying metal powder; (iii) selectively emitting a molding light source used for 3D printing, thereby melting the metal powder; (iv) cooling and solidifying the melted metal powder, thereby forming a single layer of the metal material; and (v) laminating by repeating steps (ii) to (iv) until a stereoscopically molded object of the metal material is completed, wherein the microstructure inside the layer in step (iv) is controlled by the process parameter set in step (i), thereby adjusting the mechanical property of the metal material.
