Abstract:
The present specification discloses a method for storing reduced coenzyme Q10 (QH), the method being capable of suppressing oxidation. The first embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for storing QH, the method including storing a composition that contains QH and that has a water activity at 25°C of 0.45 or less. The second embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for suppressing QH oxidation, the method including storing a composition that contains QH and that has a water activity at 25°C of 0.45 or less. The third embodiment of the present invention relates to a composition that contains QH and that has a water activity at 25°C of 0.45 or less.
