Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for storing triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) whereby freezing and solidification of TAIC during storage in winter season can be prevented. TAIC is mixed with a silane coupling agent and stored in the form of a mixture of these materials. In a preferred embodiment, the silane coupling agent is used in an amount of 5-30 wt% relative to TAIC, and the silane coupling agent is γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane.
