Abstract:
A bonding outside-diameter part positioned at an axial center part, and fitting taper outside-diameter parts positioned on both axial sides sandwiching the bonding outside-diameter part, are formed on an outer-peripheral surface part of an inner-side metal member. A bonding inside-diameter part that corresponds to the bonding outside-diameter part and that has a smaller diameter than the bonding outside-diameter part so as to overlap the bonding outside-diameter part, and fitting taper inside-diameter parts corresponding to the fitting taper outside-diameter parts, are formed on an inner-peripheral surface part of an outer-side metal member. Resistance heating is performed by conducting electricity while the bonding outside-diameter part of the inner-side metal member and the bonding inside-diameter part of the outer-side metal member are pressed in the axial direction, whereby bonding is performed. The fitting taper outside-diameter parts of the inner-side metal member and the fitting taper inside-diameter parts of the outer-side metal member are caused to enter a fitted state in association with the bonding.
