Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for supporting the collection of delinquent communication expenses and a system therefor, wherein, even when a defaulter in communication expenses pays a small amount of money that does not reach the amount of the delinquent communication expense, a communication service can be allowed to be resumed, and simultaneously, a portion of the small amount of money is collected for the delinquent communication expenses.
The system for supporting the collection of delinquent communication expenses performs an information process by performing the steps of: receiving information required for resuming a communication service which includes information on a small amount of payment from a client terminal that accesses the system which supports the collection of delinquent communication expenses;
(B) completing the settlement of the small amount of payment; (C) separating preset delinquent-communication-expenses payment information and at least one preset communication-service-resumption-article payment information, from the information on the small amount of payment; (D) transmitting the delinquent-communication-expenses payment information and the communication-service-resumption-article payment information to a communication company system in a preset manner;(E) receiving communication service resumption approval information from the communication company system; and (F) transmitting the received communication service resumption approval information to the client terminal.
