Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for suppressing low-speed noise of a single-resistor sampling permanent magnet synchronous motor, comprising the following steps: (1) determining the minimum sampling time Tmin according to parameters of a drive system of the single-resistor sampling permanent magnet synchronous motor; (2) for the no-load running condition of the motor at a set minimum speed nset_min, calculating the variation curves of time T1 and T2; (3) determining whether there is a low-modulation unobservable area at the given low-speed running node nset_min; (4) if not, directly proceeding to the next step (5), otherwise, returning to step (1) to carry out recalculation; and (5) determining, according to the variation curves of T1 and T2, the maximum change magnitude of T1 and T2 in each vector frequency conversion control iterative operation process, and limiting the magnitude of the changes of T1 and T2 during the running process. The present invention reduces glitches of waveforms of T1 and T2, and reduces the decibel value of the low-speed noise of a single-resistor sampling solution.
