Abstract:
The present invention relates to the surface expression vector of a target protein, to a method for expressing a target protein on the surface of a cell using the vector, and to a method for modifying a target protein using the surface expression vector, wherein the surface expression vector of a target protein comprises conjugated-DNA as an anchoring motif for expressing a protein coding gene for c-terminal eliminated yiaT protein, and a target protein coding gene in the form of fusion protein. According to the present invention, since a foreign protein of high molecular weight can be stably expressed at high efficiency on the surface of a cell, the present invention can be effectively used in a protein array, for producing antibodies, in a bioconversion process, and for the modification of a foreign protein.
