Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for surface treatment more particularly of wire meshes designed to bear bakery dough pieces to be loaded into the oven, so as to obtain proper adherence of the product on its support, as well as uniform application of the coat resistant to the bread baking temperature, and sufficient abrasion resistance not to be damaged when the baked bread loaves are removed, and finally a high non-stick property coefficient to prevent bits of dough from sticking to said wire meshes, said treatment being applicable to baking plates and moulds used for cooking such types of dough.
