Abstract:
A method for synchronously measuring colloidal phosphorus and nanoparticle-state phosphorus in soil, comprising: pre-centrifuging dextracting supernatant of soil samples, and then subjecting same to suction filtration by using a 1μm microfiltration membrane; selecting two parts from the samples obtained by suction filtration to serve as samples to be measured, putting the first filtrate sample to be measured in a 3KDa ultrafiltration tube, carrying out ultra-centrifugation at 4000 g for 30-40 min, and extracting supernatant to measure a total phosphorus concentration TP2; putting the second filtrate sample to be measured in a 1000KDa ultrafiltration tube, carrying out ultra-centrifugation at 3000 g for 20 min, and extracting supernatant to measure a total phosphorus concentration TP3; putting the obtained supernatant into a 3KD ultrafiltration tube, carrying out ultra-centrifugation at 4000 g for 40 min, and extracting supernatant to measure a total phosphorus concentration TP4; and finally, calculating the contents of colloidal phosphorus and nanoparticle-state phosphorus in the soil according to measurement results. in the present method, the traditional gravimetric separation and field flow fractionation methods are improved, so that the colloidal phosphorus measurement and analysis steps are greatly simplified, the measurement time is shortened, and the nanoparticle-state phosphorus may be effectively separated.
