Abstract:

Provided in the present invention is a method for synthesizing a 7-ketolithocholic acid intermediate, the method comprising preparing compound OB-1 in an amide solvent to obtain a 7-ketolithocholic acid intermediate OB. The method of the present invention has the advantages of readily available raw materials, a high yield, simple and mild reaction conditions, and suitability for industrial production.
