Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a process for the preparation of a compound III containing a non-terminal carbon-carbon double bond, characterized in that, a compound I containing a carbon-carbon double bond, in the presence of a catalyst, is subjected to a coupling reaction with a peroxide II to prepare the compound containing the non-terminal carbon-carbon double bond. By introducing the peroxide, which acts as an efficient and controllable alkylating agent, into the reaction, the compound containing the non-terminal double bond is prepared. The method has the advantages of cheap raw material and catalyst, mild reaction condition, simple operation and high reaction efficiency.
