Abstract:
Provided is a method for synthesizing a gasoline additive alkyl formamide phenyl ether, comprising: (a) adding hydroxybenzoic acid, alkali, alkylation reagent, and solvent to a four-necked flask; the molar ratio of said hydroxybenzoic acid, alkali, and alkylation reagent being 1:1-5:2-4, then heating to 50-150°C and reacting for 2-8 hours; after the reaction is complete, processing to obtain alkoxy benzoate; (b) the described alkoxy benzoate and amine at a molar ratio of 1:1-15 are placed into a three-necked flask and stirred at ambient temperature for 2-3 hours, then stirred at 40-60°C for 3-5 hours; after processing, alkyl formamide phenyl ether is obtained. The described method has a simple process and low costs; the product does not dissolve in water, has stable properties, is not prone to evaporation and loss, and has very good compatibility with oil products.
