Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing polyethylene polyamine under catalysis, wherein monoethanolamine and ethylenediamine are used as main raw materials, and are subjected to hydroamination under the action of a catalyst so as to obtain a polyethylene polyamine product. The catalyst is comprised of three parts, namely, an active metal, an auxiliary agent and a carrier, wherein the active metal is one or a combination of Ni and Co; the auxiliary agent is one or a combination of Fe, Ir, Re, Ru, Cu, Mn, B and W; and the carrier is selected from one or a combination of Al2O3, activated carbon, SiO2 and Al2O3-SiO2. The carrier is modified by an alkali metal or an alkaline-earth metal before use, wherein the alkali metal is one or a combination of Na and K. The reduced and activated catalyst is subjected to a high-temperature treatment in an ammonia atmosphere. The catalyst prepared by using the method is used for the hydroamination of monoethanolamine and ethylenediamine, has the advantages of high yield, good stability, high activity, etc. of polyethylene polyamine, and has broad industrial prospects.
