Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing and refining 4-fluorobenzoylacetonitrile. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving malononitrile in a solvent, adding fluorobenzene and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid to react and obtain a 4-fluorobenzoylacetonitrile crude product; adding an alcohol and a small molecular alkane into the 4-fluorobenzoylacetonitrile crude product for recrystallization so as to obtain 4-fluorobenzoylacetonitrile. The method has the advantages of short synthesis steps, safety and simplicity in operation, a high conversion rate and a low cost, and provides a foundation for the development and application of 4-fluorobenzoylacetonitrile.
