Abstract:
Provided is a micro-channel continuous flow reaction method for performing terephthalic acid chlorination so as to synthesize terephthaloyl chloride. Compared with the existing process, the process has the characteristics of being accurate in terms of controlling the reaction conditions, high in phosgene/triphosgene utilization rate, low in catalyst dosage, high in TPA conversion rate over tens of seconds of reaction time, high in TPC yield, etc.
