Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a urease inhibitor acetohydroxamic acid. The method comprises: reacting hydroxylamine hydrochloride with ethyl acetate in an alkaline solvent system, and after the completion of the reaction, extracting same with an organic solvent, CH3COOC2H5+NH2OH·HCl→CH3CONHOH. The synthesis method can achieve the industrial mass production of acetohydroxamic acid, and still can guarantee a high yield and a high purity thereof, and the solvent used in a production process can be recycled. The preparation method is green and economic.
