Abstract:
Provided is a method for adjusting the resonance frequency of a vibration isolator, wherein the vibration isolator includes first to n-th elastic member groups and/or an (n+1)-th elastic member group, the first to n-th elastic member groups and/or the (n+1)-th elastic member group are positioned on an xy plane of an xyz coordinate system, an xy coordinate system in the xyz coordinate system is obtained by rotating an XY coordinate system around a Z-axis by θ = tan-1(2I XY/(IXX-IYY )) where the tensor of inertia is I for an XYZ coordinate system having, as the origin thereof, the center of gravity of a vibration sensing side structure or a vibration source side structure, and the method comprises at least one of: a step for adjusting the positions of the first to n-th elastic member groups so that the values of Σ(ki_zzrpi_y 2), Σ(ki_yyrpi_x 2), and Σ(ki_zzrpi_y 2+ki_yyrpi_x 2) change while satisfying Σki_xxrpi_x = Σki_yyrpi_y = 0 and Σki_yyrpi_xrpi_y = Σki_xxrpi_xrpi_y = 0 where the rigidity of the first to n-th elastic member groups is represented by Ki (Expression I), the rigidity of the (n+1)-th elastic member group is represented by Kn+1 (Expression II), and the x-coordinates and y-coordinates of the first to n-th elastic member groups are rpi_x and rpi_y, thereby shifting the resonance frequencies of rotational movements around the x-, y-, and z-axes, respectively; and a step for arranging the (n+1)-th elastic member group at the origin of the xyz coordinate, and adjusting the values of kn+1_xx, kn+1_yy, and kn+1_zz, thereby shifting the resonance frequencies of translational movements along the x-, y-, and z-axes, respectively.
