Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for automatic networking of a robot. The method comprises: obtaining a relay request reported by a first robot (1) (S1); determining at least one second robot (2) as a relay node on the basis of information of the relay request (S2); and controlling the at least one second robot (2) to move to the position of the corresponding relay node (S3). The embodiments of the present invention further provide a system for automatic networking of a robot and a computer program product for implementing the method. According to some embodiments of the present invention, not only can a signal coverage range of a wireless network be expanded according to requirements, especially a signal blind area or a weak signal area, but also a network architecture can be automatically established as a "many-to-many" wireless Mesh network; when a plurality of wireless local area networks exists, the automatic bridging among the wireless local area networks can also be realized.
