Abstract:
A method for calculating corneal refractive power, comprising: collecting a corneal image of an eyeball by means of an ophthalmic imaging device (2) (S10); performing scanning-correction on the acquired corneal image (S11), recognizing an outer boundary curve of the corneal image, fitting the outer boundary curve (S12), and calculating the refractive power Douter of the outer boundary of the cornea (S13); performing refractive-correction on the acquired corneal image (S14), recognizing an inner boundary curve of the corneal image, fitting the inner boundary curve (S15), and calculating the refractive power Dinner of the inner boundary of the cornea (S16); calculating the total refractive power Dtotal of the cornea by using the calculated refractive powers of the inner and outer boundaries (S17). Further provided is a system for calculating corneal refractive power. The method is capable of more accurately fitting the boundary curves of a cornea, and resulting in more precise refractive powers.
