Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of general industrial waste incineration treatment, and particularly relates to a method and system for calculating the thickness of a material layer on the surface of a water-cooled fire grate, and an incinerator. The method comprises: acquiring the pressure loss caused by air distribution holes of a waste incinerator without load; according to the pressure loss, performing temperature compensation; according to the temperature compensation, correcting a reference air volume to acquire a laminar flow compensation value; according to the laminar flow compensation value, acquiring a laminar moving average value; and acquiring an average layer thickness deviation of the waste. In the method, the defect of the method of the prior art that the stacking thickness of the waste material layer on the surface of the fire grate is judged according to the change in the air chamber pressure of the waste incineration boiler of the fire grate or the pressure difference between the air chamber pressure and the firebox pressure, so as to adjust the motion speed of the fire grate and the amount of waste entering the incinerator is overcome, and by means of compensation calculation of temperature, flow and the like, reasonable judgment for the waste layer thickness is obtained, and then a calculation basis is provided for an ACC automatic adjusting system, thereby increasing the automatic feeding rate and reducing the labor intensity of personnel.
