Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for calculating worst power supply noise of a high-speed link, and a storage medium. The method comprises: inputting data templates at specified frequencies before a driver, so as to obtain periodic simultaneous switch currents, and obtaining all related data templates according to a clock frequency; performing primary full-link simulation to obtain the waveform contours of the simultaneous switch currents, and performing approximate modeling on the simultaneous switch currents; omitting a channel link structure, directly taking the simultaneous switch currents as inputs for a PDN, and scanning the simultaneous switch currents at the frequencies of the data templates, so as to obtain a plurality of groups of power supply noise with different amplitudes; and finding the worst power supply noise and the simultaneous switch current corresponding thereto, and taking the frequency of the simultaneous switch current as the frequency of the data template which has the worst power supply noise. By means of the present invention, worst power supply noise can be quickly obtained on the basis of a modeling sweep frequency method.
