Abstract:
A method for charging copyright royalty and allocating profits by a registrar server on the basis of domain-digital asset linkage, comprises the steps of: receiving, by the registrar server, a request for registration of a domain entity including a domain address and digital asset information from a client of a domain owner or potential owner; and requesting, by the registrar server, a registry server to register all or part of the domain entity, wherein the digital asset information is retention information on cryptocurrency in which a transaction record of digital coins is encrypted and connected to a network of node servers and a blockchain structure, wherein the digital coins include copyright coins issued on the basis of copyright. As such, since the domain and the copyright coins are interlinked, charging and allocating profits of copyright royalty can be facilitated by using issued information of the linked copyright coins.
