Abstract:
A method of charging a traffic vehicle which does not use an overhead wire, configured in such a manner that, when the vehicle (1) on which an electricity storage device (5) is mounted stops at a station on a track (2), the electricity storage device (5) of the vehicle (1) is charged by a charging device (9) provided on the ground side. The charging device (9) charges the electricity storage device (5) with a set voltage value (VS) near the maximum permissible voltage value (VH) of the electricity storage device (5).
