Abstract:
A method and system for clearing log files of service system are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes the following steps: a log processing task entry for each service of multiple services is configured respectively; a log management task is added to a task list of an operation system; the log file of each service is cleared in turn by the log management task according to the configured log processing entry. According to the present invention, each time when service system adds new service or the current service adds new log files, there is no need to develop log processing module specially and modify contents of existing log processing, meanwhile the testing of the log management module is no longer needed. Therefore, efficiency of development and testing can be improved effectively, and system update and maintenance be facilitated.
