Abstract:

Disclosed are a method, a system, and a computer program for keyword reviews as substitutes for star ratings. The keyword review method comprises the steps of: registering, as a keyword list related to a place, at least one of a word, a phrase, or a sentence describing a feature of the place; and registering, as a review of the place, at least one keyword selected from the keyword list by providing the keyword list to users who have visited or used the place.
