Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and system for controlling air-conditioning to increase user satisfaction and energy efficiency. According to the method for controlling air-conditioning, information on states of the environment is collected, a cluster map is constructed by clustering the collected states of the environment, a control map is constructed by mapping user satisfaction to the clusters forming the cluster map, and air-conditioning is controlled on the basis of the control map. By suggesting the best method for controlling air-conditioning energy, which is necessary for maintaining or increasing the satisfaction of the residents, energy efficiency of an air-conditioning system can be increased while maintaining resident satisfaction.
