Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for controlling the power consumption of a mobile terminal, characterized in that the mobile terminal is provided with a screen. The method comprises: detecting an operation state parameter of each application program of the mobile terminal, and generating an operation control table concerning the application program; detecting whether the current screen state of the mobile terminal is an idle state, if so, closing all the application programs, and if not, detecting the current actual moment; and according to a time period with the current actual moment located therein, controlling, based on the operation control table, an operation condition of the application program. Also disclosed is a system for controlling the power consumption of a mobile terminal. By means of the present invention, a method, which reduces the power consumption of a mobile terminal and extends the battery life of the mobile terminal, for controlling the power consumption of the mobile terminal can be provided.
