Abstract:
An ice cream machine for controlling a rotating speed of a stirring motor of an ice cream machine based on a temperature and a forming degree, and a control method therefor. The ice cream machine further comprises a control system; the control system comprises a main controller, a temperature measurement module, and a frequency converter; the frequency converter is connected to the stirring motor and used for adjusting the input frequency of the stirring motor; the temperature measurement module is configured to measure the temperature of an ice cream material in an evaporation cylinder or an air return temperature value of the evaporation cylinder, and transmit a temperature measurement value to the main controller; the frequency converter obtains a real-time working torque value of the stirring motor, and transmits the measured working torque value to the main controller so as to obtain the real-time forming degree proportion value of an ice cream in the evaporation cylinder; and the main controller adjusts the output power frequency of the frequency converter according to either of the temperature measurement value and the real-time forming degree proportion value, or the combination of the temperature measurement value and the real-time forming degree proportion value, so as to adjust the rotating speed of the stirring motor. The method can reduce the energy consumption and noise of the ice cream machine.
