Abstract:
The present invention proposes a method and system capable of easily converting various procedure documents into smart procedures supporting voice interfacing, by automatically processing process models of procedures provided in XML format as an input through application of a natural language-based technology. The system of the present invention comprises a conversion module which receives procedures in XML format and converts same into smart procedures supporting voice interfacing. The conversion module is configured in a client-server architecture of a mobile application installed on a smart device and a server system providing a backend service. The mobile application is configured including a voice user interface component including STT and TTS, a touch user interface component, and a controller component for controlling the operation of the entire mobile application including a user interface function. The server system is configured including: a web API controller which receives and processes a request of the mobile application, and sends the result thereof to a request mobile application client; a web socket controller which transmits data to a client designated according to a request of the web API controller; and a database which stores all data associated with operation of the conversion module. The contents of all procedures can be provided through voice without using an external shared service, and also, a user can control the operation of the smart procedures through voice and can store data, such as observed values, etc. in real time in an on-premise server system through a secured communications network. Through the above configuration, improvement in work productivity and product quality may be expected, and improvement in plant stability through reduction in human errors may also be expected.
