Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a system for correcting a playback area using user terminal inclination information when playing back a 360 degree image. The playback area correction method that is performed by a mobile terminal may comprise the steps of: requesting loading of a 360 degree image; correcting an inclination of the mobile terminal to determine a playback area for the 360 degree image, with respect to the 360 degree image; and playing back the 360 degree image by revealing the playback area according to the corrected inclination.
