Abstract:
Systems and methods are used to process image data captured by an imaging device borne on the movable object. A plurality of trigger events are received. A respective trigger event of the plurality of trigger events corresponds to an operational condition variation detected by a first sensing device borne on the movable object. In response to the plurality of trigger events, a plurality of image frames of interest are identified among a sequence of image frames captured by the imaging device. Each identified image frame of interest is determined by one of the plurality of trigger events. A set of image frames are adaptively selected from the sequence of image frames in accordance with a comparison of a plurality of temporally adjacent image frames of the plurality of image frames of interest.
