METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING WEATHER RESISTANCE OF PHOTOVOLTAIC ASSEMBLY

A method and system for detecting the weather resistance of a photovoltaic assembly. The detection method sequentially comprises: carrying out an appearance defect inspection on a photovoltaic assembly according to a predetermined appearance inspection standard (S1); testing a light attenuation rate of the photovoltaic assembly (S2); when the light attenuation rate is less than a predetermined attenuation threshold, inspecting an output power of the photovoltaic assembly under a predetermined test condition (S3); simulating a climatic environment to carry out an environmental weather resistance test on the photovoltaic assembly (S4); re-inspecting the appearance defect of the photovoltaic assembly according to the predetermined appearance inspection standard (S5); testing the light attenuation rate of the photovoltaic assembly (S6); when the light attenuation rate is less than the attenuation threshold, inspecting the output power of the photovoltaic assembly under the predetermined test conditions (S7); and ending the weather resistance detection (S8). The detection method provides a reliable analysis basis and determination standard for usage conditions of a photovoltaic assembly used for a shared bicycle under different climatic environments, thereby compensating for the lack of a detection process for the photovoltaic assembly used for a shared bicycle.
