The present invention provides a method and system for dynamic control of mobile phone internet accessing. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining residual traffic of a mobile phone; detecting whether the residual traffic is lower than a set value or not; and if yes, limiting the online time. The technical solution provided by the present invention implements high user experience.
