Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and system for dynamically adjusting a healthy exercise plan. The method comprises: S1, a measurement terminal measures personal body index data; S2, a dynamic generation terminal generates a health plan according to the personal body index data transmitted by the measurement terminal, the health plan comprising a training plan and a diet plan; S3, a mobile terminal acquires movement data and sends same to the dynamic generation terminal; S4, the dynamic generation terminal determines according to the movement data whether the training plan is completed or not and obtains the completion progress of the training plan; and S5, the dynamic generation terminal adjusts the health plan according to the completion progress of the training plan and re-measured personal body index data. The method for generating a health plan by means of the organic combination of a measurement terminal, a dynamic generation terminal, and a mobile terminal, can not only customize a training plan and a diet plan for a user, but also adjust the training plan and the diet plan of the user in real time according to the movement effect and the physical state of the user, thereby achieving the best healthy exercise effect of the user.
