Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a system for heat treating low-E glass. The method for heat treating low-E glass comprises the steps of: loading a glass plate onto one side of a transporting device, the glass plate having a metal film formed on one surface thereof; selectively performing a primary heat treatment on a surface of the metal film to at most a certain depth using microwaves having a first temperature, the primary heat treatment being performed in a first region along a transport direction from the one side of the transporting device toward the other side thereof; and selectively heat treating the metal film using a laser beam of a second temperature before or after performing the heat treatment using microwaves, the heat treatment using the laser beam being performed in a second region positioned before or after the first region along the transport direction.
