Abstract:
A heat-treatment system comprises a transport plate (105), one or more heat-treatment chambers (102, 103) and a deposition device (101). The transport plate (105) is used for holding workpieces to be heat treated, and for transporting the workpieces from one chamber to another one. The heat-treatment chambers (102, 103) comprise a system for heating or cooling workpieces. The heat-treatment chambers (102, 103) could contain a platform which could hold workpieces vertically, as a result all of the workpieces could be transported with the platform, for example, from one chamber to another one. The platform could comprise one or plural fixtures(110) which could lift the workpieces.
