Abstract:
A method and system for measuring residual stress of a ceramic material. The method comprises: using a laser engraving machine to polish a target position (S100); after polishing is completed, adhering a strain rosette onto the target position, and connecting the adhered strain rosette to a strain collector (S200); designing a target punching path in a laser engraving machine software terminal according to a punching position of the strain rosette (S300); using the laser engraving machine to punch, according to the target punching path, a ceramic material to be measured (S400); and after punching is completed, the strain collector inputting collected strain data into a residual stress analysis terminal, and the residual stress analysis terminal performing calculation to obtain residual stress result data (S500). By using the laser engraving machine to punch the ceramic material, and using the residual stress analysis terminal to automatically calculate the residual stress result data, residual stress measurement on the ceramic material is realized. The present invention can be used for production guidance of ceramic materials, thereby improving the production quality of ceramic products, and avoiding risks and hidden dangers existing in the later use process.
