Abstract:
A system for measuring temperature of beverage bottles in the freezer that includes a casing, temperature sensor, transmitter, electronic card, internal power source, fastening means and software system. The software system is integrated into the electronic card and the user's smartphone. The system measures the temperature of the beverage bottle and sends a signal to the user's smartphone that the bottle has reached a preset temperature.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A system for measuring temperature of a beverage bottle in a freezer, that includes, a casing, temperature sensor, transmitter, electronic card, internal power source, fastening means and software system;

wherein the casing contains the temperature sensor, the transmitter, the electronic card and the internal power source; wherein the casing is designed to be attached to the fastening means that is designed to attach the casing to the beverage bottle when in the freezer;

wherein the software system is integrated in the electronic card and in the user's smartphone and it is designed to manages the use and control of the system; wherein the temperature sensor is designed to measures the temperature of the beverage bottle; wherein the transmitter transmits a warning signal to the user's smartphone when the beverage bottle reaches a preset temperature;

wherein the software system may include one or more of the following options: enables the user to set a selected temperature of the beverage bottle by means of the smartphone so that the alert will be sent to the smartphone; enables the user to send a command using the smartphone to receive the current temperature of the beverage bottle at any given moment; includes an algorithm that enables the user to adjust the operation of the system to several sizes of beverage bottles and to determine the temperature of the drink inside the bottle based on the algorithm that weighs the temperature in the freezer, the temperature of the beverage bottle and the volume of drink in said beverage bottle; and wherein the user may attach the casing to the beverage bottle using the fastening means, place it in the freezer and receive a warning via the smartphone when the beverage bottle reaches the preset temperature.

The system for measuring a temperature of a beverage bottle in a freezer according to claim 1 that further includes a secondary temperature sensor designed to measure a temperature in said freezer; wherein a temperature of the a beverage in said beverage bottle can be weighted by the temperature in the freezer, the temperature of the bottle and the volume of the drink in the beverage bottle.

The system for measuring a temperature of a beverage bottle in a freezer according to claim 1 wherein a bottom side of said casing has a bottom opening designed to allow direct contact between said temperature sensor and said beverage bottle; wherein the temperature sensor is isolated except for the side facing the beverage bottle through the bottom opening.

4. A method for measuring temperature of a beverage bottle in a freezer and transmitting a warning to a smartphone when temperature of the beverage bottle reaches a preset level that includes the following measures and stages: using a system that includes a casing, temperature sensor, transmitter, electronic card, internal power source, fastening means, and a software system integrated with the electronic card and a smartphone, that manages the use and control of said system; wherein the casing contains the temperature sensor, the transmitter, the electronic card and the internal power source; wherein the casing is connected with the fastening means; attaching the casing to the beverage bottle with the fastening means and placing it in the freezer; wherein the system measures the temperature of the beverage bottle and sends a warning signal to the smartphone when the beverage bottle reaches a preset temperature.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention refers to a method and system for measuring temperature of bottle in freezer and transmitting the temperature to the smartphone of the user.

BACKGROUND ART

Many people prefer to drink their drink, such as soft drinks or beer, at a relatively low temperature around zero degrees, ie when the drink is very cold but not frozen. The temperature in the refrigerator storage compartment is 5 to 6 degrees, while the temperature in the refrigerator freezer is minus 18 degrees. Putting the bottle in the refrigeration compartment does not meet the need, and therefore many people use to put the bottles in the freezer, hoping to recall when the bottle is very cold but before the drink freezes.

However, in many cases users forget to take out the bottle in time and they find it frozen. When the bottle is made of glass, there is also a risk of bottle explosion. The present invention describes a method and a system that came to provide an efficient, cheap and easy solution to said problem. In addition, the present invention allows placing a bottle of feeding baby or any other bottle of beverage in the refrigerator or freezer to bring it to the desired temperature and receive a warning when it reaches the desirable temperature. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The intention of the drawings attached to the application is not to limit the scope of the invention and its application. The drawings are intended only to illustrate the invention and they constitute only one of its many possible implementations.

FIG. 1 describes schematically the system (1).

FIG. 2 describes the casing (2) with the fastening means (7).

FIG. 3 depicts the casing (2) with the fastening means (7) in a type of an elastic band (7) tightened to the bottle (100).

THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for measuring the temperature of a beverage bottle (100) in the freezer or in the food storage compartment of the refrigerator (hereinafter for the convenience of "freezer") and transmitting the temperature level to the user's smartphone (200). The system (1) includes a casing (2), temperature sensor (3), transmitter (4), electronic card (5), internal power supply (6), fastening means (7) and software system (8). The system can also include a secondary temperature sensor (31).

The casing (2) contains the temperature sensor (3), the transmitter (4), the electronic card (5), and the internal power source (6). The casing (2) is attached to the fastening means (7) that is designed to attach it to the bottle (100) when it is placed in the freezer. The fastening means (7) can be for example an elastic band or a spring plastic strap, as described in the drawings, or any tightening or fastening device, such as a sticker or clip attached to the bottle. The bottom side (21) of the casing (2) that faces the bottle (100) while attached to it can have a bottom opening (22) to enable a direct contact between the sensor (3) and the bottle (100). It is desirable and possible that the sensor (3) will be insulated with a peripheral insulation (32) except for the side facing the bottle through the bottom opening in order to enable it to measure the bottle temperature and not be affected by the freezer temperature.

The bottom opening (21) of the casing (2) can be lined with sealant such as rubber or foamed polymer (23) in order to hold the casing firmly against the surface of the bottle (100) and to prevent cold air from entering the bottom opening (22). It is also desirable and possible that the bottom side (21) of the casing be slightly concave and preferably slightly flexible to match the circular outline of the bottle. The transmitter (4) can be a transmitter or transmitter / receiver and the expression "transmitter" in the present patent application relates to both of these possibilities. The transmitter (4) can transmit on BLE, Bluetooth, WIFI or on the basis of any protocol or other communication frequency that can communicate with a smartphone.

Operation and use of the system (1): The user insert the casing (2) by using the fastening means (7) over the bottle (100), as shown in Figure 3, and place it in the freezer. When the temperature sensor (3) detects that the bottle (100) has reached a preset temperature, the transmitter (4) sends a signal to the smartphone (200) of the user warning that the bottle has reached the desired temperature. In this way, the user is not afraid, God forbid, to forget the bottle (100) in the freezer for a long time beyond the desired and receives a warning when the bottle at the desired temperature. The smartphone' s alarm can be vocal, such as a special ringing tone, music or advertising, and can be a visual alert, such as a light display or on-screen writing.

The system (1) may include a secondary temperature sensor (31) that measures the temperature in the freezer, in order to allow the temperature of the drink in the bottle to be calibrated based on the temperature in the freezer, the temperature of the bottle and the volume of the drink in the bottle.

The software system (8) is integrated with the electronic card (5) and the smartphone (200) of the user and is intended to manage the use and control of the system (1). The software system (8) may include one or more of the following: Allows the user to set the desired temperature of the bottle by means of the smartphone so that then the alarm will be sent to the smartphone; Allows the user to send a command using the smartphone to receive the current temperature of the bottle at any given moment; The software system includes an algorithm that enables the user to operate and adjust the system for a variety of types and sizes of beverage bottles and to determine the temperature of the drink inside the bottle based on the algorithm that weighs the temperature in the freezer space, the temperature of the bottle, the volume of the beverage in the bottle and the material from which the bottle is made, for example glass, plastic or metal, and enables the user to enter the data about the type of material the bottle is made of, the volume of the bottle's contents, the type and the liquid composition of the bottle (water, juice, alcohol, etc.) and the desired temperature of the drink inside the bottle.

The system (1) may also include a display panel (9) on the casing (2) that can display the temperature of the freezer, the temperature of the bottle itself, and the weighted temperature of the drink inside the bottle, as depicted fir example in figures 2 and 3.

Figure 1 describes schematically the system (1), Figure 2 describes the casing (2) with the fastening means (7), and Figure 3 depicts the casing (2) with the fastening means (7) in a type of an elastic band (7) tightened to the bottle (100).
