Abstract:
A method and a system for measuring vertical wheel impact force in real time based on tire pressure monitoring. The system mainly consists of four major modules of an integrated device, i.e. a tire pressure derotation pre-processing module, a tire pressure-wheel force systematical identification module, a rating and calibration method module, and a tire pressure-wheel force measurement module. The method collects tire pressure data in real time by means of the integrated device, the corresponding vertical wheel impact force is obtained by means of performing derotation pre-processing and tire pressure-wheel force systematical identification on the collected data, and the impact force can be calibrated according to the rating method. The present solution provides, on both a theoretical and physical level, a wheel force measurement solution which is efficient, accurate and highly adaptable, the present solution satisfies the requirement of quick estimation on the health status of wide bridges, and also has great potential in different technical fields, for example road safety diagnosis and automobile performance related design.
