Abstract:
The method for load transferring in the pool area includes: the source MSC receives
the request of the MS, informs the MS update its location, and sends the information
of the target MSC to the MS. So the MS updates its location, and transfers to the
target MSC. The system for loads transferring in the pool area and a kind of MSC
are given at the same time, and the load can be transferred in the pool area freely.
The user on a MSC can be transferred to the assigned MSC without changing the RAN
in the network, so the operating of maintenance is reduced.
