Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for monitoring the performance of plant instruments using FSVR and GLRT, comprising: a first step of representing the entire data set (X) as a matrix and classifying the data set into three data subsets for training (Xtr), optimization (Xopt), and testing (Xts); a second step of normalizing all of the data represented as a matrix in the first step; a third step of classifying the normalized data set (Z) into three data subsets for training (Ztr), optimization (Zopt), and testing (Zts); a fourth step of extracting main components from the data subsets (Z) for training (Ztr), optimization (Zopt), and testing (Zts); a fifth step of dividing the data sets and main components into data groups by a desired number; a sixth step of calculating optimal coefficients (ε1,C1,σ1) and (ε2,C2,σ2) of each FSVR model; a seventh step of calculating a fuzzy membership grade (μ1,μ2); an eighth step of calculating output prediction values (Zts1_hat and Zts2_hat); a ninth step of calculating a prediction value for all of the data (Zts_hat); a tenth step of classifying prediction values for the testing data; an eleventh step of calculating prediction values for the sensors in an original scale; and a twelfth step of determining the drift of the sensors.
