Abstract:
The present invention comprises the steps of: (a) receiving an environmental factor value sensed in transit by a mobile sensor tag which is attached on a container or pallet having a plurality of foods loaded thereon, a time value at which the environmental factor is sensed, and food information from a distributor server; (b) receiving an environmental factor value sensed by a fixed sale sensor tag which is matched with the food information stored in the mobile sensor tag, a time value at which the environmental factor is sensed, and the food information from the distributor server; (c) measuring current quality indexes according to individual quality analysis items and a synthetic quality index with respect to the foods on the basis of the food information, environmental factor values, and time values at which the environmental factors are sensed, which are sensed by the mobile sensor tag and the fixed sale sensor tag; (d) setting food prices on the basis of the measured quality indexes according to individual quality analysis items and the synthetic quality index with respect to the foods; and (e) transmitting barcode information or electronic tag information (food information) corresponding to the plurality of foods, which are matched with an unique ID of the fixed sale sensor tag, the quality indexes according to individual quality analysis items with respect to the foods, the synthetic quality index, and the food prices to the distributor server.
