Abstract:
A method for monitoring a trademark. The method is applied to a server and comprises: obtaining and storing trademark information to be monitored (S101); periodically performing retrieval monitoring on a newly-published registered trademark (S103); determining whether a commodity or a service item of the newly-published registered trademark is similar to that of a trademark to be monitored (S105); determining whether the newly-published registered trademark is identical or similar to the trademark to be monitored (S107); and outputting the determining result and a corresponding suggestion (S109). According to the method for monitoring a trademark, a newly-published registered trademark is monitored periodically by using big data and artificial intelligence; trademarks similar to an enterprise trademark can be effectively prevented from being registered by others; the method helps an enterprise to take legal measures as early as possible, hinders the registration of identical or similar trademarks, and is conducive to protecting the brand value of the enterprise; and moreover, analysis is carried out based on big data and artificial intelligence, thereby saving a lot of manpower, and allowing the result to have a better reference value.
