Abstract:
The present invention relates to method and a system for operating a network load reduction policy in an overloaded region, and a recording medium, and the system for operating a network load reduction policy in an overloaded region, according to the present invention, comprises: a communication unit for receiving information on an overloaded region at a particular time from a server in a communication network; and a processing unit which processes the information on the overloaded region at the particular time at which the communication unit has received the information so as to transmit the processed information to a policy agent provided in a wireless terminal device, and which processes the information such that the policy agent blocks the access of one or more applications within the wireless terminal device to a network when a current time and current location of the wireless terminal device correspond to a time and a location corresponding to the information on the overloaded region at the particular time.
