Abstract:
A method and system for preprocessing noise of an electronic chip. The method comprises the following steps: sampling noise data of an electronic chip (101); analyzing and processing the sampled data to acquire the rate of change of the noise (102); adjusting a preprocessing scheme for the noise on the basis of the change of rate of the noise (103). The method has the advantage in that preprocessing is performed on the basis of noise.
